and administrative staff. Coordinate multi-family projects throughout entire project lifecycle from site
visits and energy data acquisition to final quality control inspection and completion. Monitor budgets
and production schedules including audit fee, administration, and program support revenue.
Supervise residential energy audits and heating system replacement & installation inspections.
Develop contractor relationships including RFP packages and advertisements; assign work orders to
contractors. Create and process utility energy conservation program (UNITIL and NGRID) invoices
