Created innovative safety training programs, increasing staff effectiveness and lowering healthcare costs 23%. Easter Seals
safety training programs were deficient. OSHA Hazard Communication Standard and Blood-borne Pathogens Standard were
considered boring and not taken seriously. Developed game-show style training modules based on Jeopardy and Family Feud to
