Use “the big 3” key metrics.
Hold daily briefings.
Facilitation techniques:
– The fine line between letting the team go “off script” and 
sticking with a rigid agenda.
– Use “count down” technique.
– Stimulate innovation – Why? Why not? What if?
– Refer back to the charter to keep the team focused.
– Teach in the moment as needed.
– Allow and/or stimulate “spirited conversation.”
