– Expectation: Full team helps remove obstacles.
– Tone: supportive but tough.
• Visibility matters: post progress physically!
• Plan is adapted to changing conditions, but avoid
Org‐ADD (organizational attention deficit disorder)
and falling prey to unnecessary distractions.
