CMMI Subject Matter Expert
C-17 Program Representative, as the Subject Matter Expert for Lessons Learned and Configuration
Management areas on the CMMI implementation team. Responsible for presenting these critical program
functions to the outside accreditation team, which awarded CMMI Level 5 (Highest Rating) to the C-17
Program.
ISO 9001/AS 9100 Certified Lead Auditor
Conducted internal ISO audits to ensure compliance for C-17 and C-130 Avionics Modernization
Programs. Reviewed and prepared C-17 and C-130 AMP programs to ensure that Quality systems were
in compliance with ISO 9001/AS 9100 requirements. Reviewed resulting corrective action plans and
validate completion to achieve standard requirements. Worked directly with third party Accreditation
agency to ensure successful Certification for a large program (over 5000 employees) to Standard
required re-certification requirements on multiple programs and at remote sites.
Risk, Issue and Opportunity (RIO) Manager
Identified and analyzed RIO for Program Management Presentations and Tracking for a $3 Billion
program. Developed plan for early tracking of Risks, to identify them prior to becoming Issues.

of LL collection and usage by Project and Systems Engineers during entire project lifecycle. Extensive
interface with Air Force Customer to ensure that program goals for LL were achieved. Led LL review
teams to document and ensure that LL were Instutionalized into standard business practices and
procedures.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Performed RCA for both Lessons Learned items and ISO9001/AS9100 audit findings at the program
level.
Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Recognized as Program SME for conducting Value Stream Mappings, and conducted numerous
mappings for Program Processes. Received recognition from Senior Air Force Customer for
improvements implemented in Program processes.
Supplier Management Speaker
Presenter for both Configuration Management and Lessons Learned subjects at Supplier Management
Conferences.
Process Based Management Utilization for Functions
Performed SME role to develop Process Based Management for the Program Management and other
areas to define, measure report and develop process improvement plans to measure critical program
reporting. Had extensive interface with the Government Customers (SG and DCMA) to develop and
manage the processes.
Employee Involvement
Led team that conducted training and incorporation of Employee Involvement (EI) initiative in the Program
Management function. The use of EI was successfully integrated throughout the department and became
the standard way for conducting day-to-day business.
Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)

Cost Account Manager (CAM)
Developed yearly budgets and monitoring cost and schedule performance on a monthly basis for the
