One Marston Street is a 150,000
square foot medical office
building situated on a former
historic paper mill site between
the Merrimack River and the
highway,thus will act as a
gateway project into the city.
Springer Architects worked
closely with the developer and
the city of Lawrence to create a
project that will act as a catalyst
for medical development in
this region. The new building
is a landmark project for the
city,its design representative
of the forward-thinking and
innovative nature of the
community.

Springer Architects created a
unique cycling experience and
brand identity for Turnstyle Cycle’s
new flagship location at the new
Ink Block project in Boston’s South
End. The carefully worked floor
plan allows for a fifty-bike
amphitheater style spin studio,a
twenty-four person boot camp
room,retail space and a
mezzanine level
dressing/gathering area and
support spaces all within the
2,400 sf fitout. Customized
signage,front desk,retail display
and built in furniture all contribute
to the establishment of Turnstyle
as an elite exercise facility in the
city. A palette of weathered gray
wood,bright white metal,and
industrial accents creates a bright,
energetic space for physical
activity and personal
transformation.

Asana Yoga is located on the
edge of City Square,
Charlestown MA. The 2,500 sq
ft storefront studio with high
ceilings is a serene,light-filled
environment for relaxation and
practice. There are two large
yoga rooms flanking a core of
smaller volumes and an entry
arch to accentuate the
procession of smaller spaces to
larger openness. Engineered
white oak flooring provides a
cushioned base and reclaimed
wood walls and custom wood
built-ins add softness and
warmth to the space. Blue
accent walls and patterned
floor tile and eclectic light
fixtures create a unique identity
for Asana.
