equally among the employees.
 The organization can recruit employees as there is a shortage of help
at work which is another reason for work overload.
 The organization can educate the employees about time
management techniques so that they can complete their work within
a specific time period.
 Proper recognition must be given to the employees which will
motivate them to work more efficiently and will eventually
result in the growth of the organization.
 Performance must be evaluated properly by the superiors and
the employees must be promoted accordingly. Decisions
should not be biased.
 The organization must adopt certain measures to encourage
team spirit and coordination among the employees.
 The organization should utilize some engaging movement for
the employees so as to lessen the uneasiness and strain of the
employees.
CONCLUSION
 Stress in the workplace is the most common problem in today’s
world. Stress at work is not only caused by work overload and
deadline but also due to lack of proper recognition and opportunities
for career development.
 The organization must provide better working conditions in order to
reduce the stress of the employees and increase their efficiency in
performing their jobs.
 To reduce the stress of the employees the organization should create
opportunities for the growth of their employees within the
organization by adopting new innovative technologies and
counseling programs.
 Organization must begin to manage people at work differently,
treating them with respect and valuing their contribution. If we
enhance the psychological wellbeing and health of the employees, in
the coming future the organization would make more revenues as
well as increase the efficiency of the employees.
