Making sure our client-facing Beyonders can deliver and sell our work gets us one step closer to winning more of it. And if we want our team to think five moves ahead, we need to give them access to our strategy and objectives. What we are trying to do is train our employees to use coaching methods so that when failure happens, we grow from it.
