I would like to share my experiences of working with Katie Medeiros as a client partner and why she would be an
ideal fit for this role. I worked alongside Katie to develop a research program to meet large-scale corporate
objectives regarding new service offerings. Throughout the duration of this project Katie was detail-oriented,
organized and focused on actionable insights.
In her day-to-day work life Katie has a keen focus on the details. She has a clear understanding of the value of each
small detail and makes sure that there is no ambiguity in the work process. Katie sets clear plans and objectives at
the onset, focusing very clearly on each step in the process. With a proper plan in place, Katie keeps everything
running smoothly and efficiently and is extremely organized throughout the process. You can rely on Katie to
create and maintain proper protocols that are clearly disseminated throughout the project team.
Katie is not only focused on the logistics and process of project execution, but she also has the knowledge and
expertise to see the big picture and create truly actionable insights. It is not enough for her to simply report back
the findings, but rather, she quickly makes the connection to the macro issues at hand and can create a more
thorough, actionable approach to analysis and reporting of findings. Katie is very quick to connect what the details
mean in the big picture and create connections to business objectives.
Along with being a meticulous research professional, Katie has an energetic personality and an engrained drive to
succeed. This combination makes Katie an absolute pleasure to work with and ensures an enjoyable and smooth
work process. Given these reasons I believe that Katie would make an exceptional addition to any team and can
