Oliviana Bar Italiano-Side Project (2011-2013)
Assisted the owner of the Pizza Joint in opening a new restaurant. Established dinner menu and specialty drinks menu.
Interviewed/hired entire staff and trained servers and bartenders on Aloha Point of Sale system. Communicated directly with
wine and liquor representatives when creating the alcohol menu.
