Payroll Manager
• Process Weekly Payrolls for 250 employees which account for Salary and Hourly
Employees / 100% in-house system
• Process all Paperwork for New Employees including inputting of New Hires & Terminations
• Input any changes to Employee Files on-line for Salary, Address & Benefit Changes
• Maintain all Employee Files for Current and Terminated Employees
• Manage up to 3 Payroll Clerks
• Process and make weekly 401K contribution on-line to Fidelity Investments
• Process all Employee Garnishments & Child Support Payments
• Process and File Weekly – Monthly and Quarterly withholding taxes to currently 5 States
• Work closely with the H/R Director and CFO for any System Improvements and Changes
• Payroll Audit to verify accuracy – Weekly
• Process Direct Deposit Files and submittal to BMO Harris Bank
• Submit a Direct Deposit File to our on-line Center for Employee access
• Weekly Journal Entries to appropriate Accounts
• Weekly review of Bank Accounts and Funding Transfers to Payroll Accounts
• Union Processing and Payments Made Monthly for up to 10 Separate Unions
• Completion of Special Projects for the CFO
