 Management of the Human Resource Functions including human resource policies & procedures,benefits (i.e. Medical,

 Providing Supervision of Company-Wide Activities of personnel administration, wage & salary administration,

 Assist in Administration of the total Pre-Employment Process including the recruitment, interviewing, performing
background checks, performing work reference checks, setting up pre-employment screenings,& E-Verify screenings of all
applicants. Administers Orientation for those hired.
 Manages Payroll for the facility, including processing payroll on a weekly basis, compiling, distributing & tracking
performance evaluations, the accurate input of wage increases, & the accurate input of data to ensure compliance with
governmental reporting requirements.
 Maintains all Human Resources, Personnel, & Salary Records of employees to meet federal, state & local recordkeeping
requirements as well as in the areas of equal opportunity, affirmative action, wage & hour, & safety.
 Accident Investigations, Prepares and Maintains Accident Reports (OSHA, Workers Compensation, Vehicle Accident,
Product Liability, etc.) in accordance with company policies & any applicable laws.
 Assist in Preparing & Managing Unemployment Claims & Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Claims
 Prepares and Submits Group Insurance, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, FSA, Cancer, Life Insurance, Short Term & Long
Term Disability claims to comply with all applicable laws & company policies.
 Act as Liaison between company & health insurance administrator.
 Respond to Requests for employment and salary verification.
 Practices &Complies with all Company policies & procedures (EEO, Harassment, Drug & Alcohol, Safety, OSHA,
Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
 Performs Other Duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to
