Kelsea is intelligent, highly motivated, consistent in her high quality patient care
and absolutely charms all of her assigned patients! She is an excellent listener, is
quick to pick up non-verbal cues among peers, patients and staff. She is
competent in the clinical setting, has the ability to combine the physical
assessments and lab values to make good clinical judgments. She is a team
player working well with her peers, healthcare team, patients and family
members. Kelsea is reliable, organized and prepared. She demonstrates strong
time management skills and her attention to detail is remarkable. She acts as a
patient advocate while administering culturally sensitive patient centered care.
I feel that Kelsea is one of our best and brightest lights in the future of
nursing. Kelsea’s contributions will be an enormous asset to whatever facility she
chooses to work in, as well as to the nursing profession.
