I would like to recommend Kenny Hershberger as a candidate for a position within your organization.
Kenny was employed at OneSource Distributors as an intern from May to July earlier this year.
Kenny did an excellent job in a fast-paced work environment, and became a critical member of our
team within a short amount of time. He has exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
graphic design capabilities, can work independently, and is also a great team player.
What impressed me the most about Kenny was his discretionary effort. Kenny went above and
beyond what was required on every task and project. There was not a single time where Kenny was
not in the moment and engaged with the task at hand. As soon as Kenny finished one assignment he
would offer to help his fellow peers and was constantly asking about other ways he could contribute.
I have never seen that amount of dedication and responsibility from an intern in my career.
Kenny also impressed me with his openness to constructive feedback. He comes from a place of
curiosity vs. judgement, and was constantly asking questions to further his knowledge.
Kenny would be a strong addition to any team and I recommend him in any endeavor that he chooses
to pursue.
