PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Kerry Ow Buland has over fourteen (14) years’ experience in the areas of Electrical and
Instrumentation that ranges from the operational/maintenance to the design aspects of plant
and machinery specific to the oil and gas and petrochemical sectors. At the operational and
maintenance level, experience was gained in both electrical and instrumentation by
maintaining/troubleshooting with the equipment as well as specifying equipment, executing
projects as well as shut down planning. At the design engineering level, experience was gained
by producing deliverables associated with FEED and EXECUTE stages of various projects
which include CTR Development, defining electrical specifications, defining the design aspect of
the Electrical scope of work as well as electrical design which includes cabling, equipment
sizing, power system simulation, ensuring document quality, managing teams of engineers and
designers, working within multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on continuous improvement,
quality and safety in design.
