Domestic Markets Snapshot Views on markets today
Name of Index 3-Mar 5-Mar Change (%) • The Indian markets remained under pressure all
Sensex 17,636.99 17,362.87 -1.55% throughout the day and registered its lowest closing
CNX Nifty 5,359.40 5,280.35 -1.47% level in more than a month. The Sensex began the
session 39 points lower at 17598 on the back of

negative global cues. The index slipped further and

extended losses on all-round selling. Weak European

of `2.58Bn.
