  1. 1. Daily Commodity Report 1st June 2012 MCX GOLD (5 JUNE 12) - Gold opened higher at 29120. It moved Gold Silver Crude (5 Jun-12) (5 Jul-12) (19 Jun-12) lower to touch an intra-day low of 29005. However, it managed a bounce back and moved higher to touch an intra-day high of 29198. Open 29,120 54,377 4,961 It ended the day with marginal gains to close at 29148. High 29,198 54,465 4,984 The RSI and the Stochastic are placed above its average. These Low 29,005 53,820 4,874 positive conditions would lead to further buying support. The ADX Close 29,148 54,110 4,919 line, the –DI line and the +DI line are moving sideways, indicating a Prev. Close 29,117 54,483 4,962 range bound trend. MCX GOLD faces resistance at 29212, 29433 and 30000 while the supports are placed at 28960, 28084, 27855, % Change 0.11% -0.68% -0.87% 27557 and 26517 levels. Source – MCX MCX SILVER (5 JULY 12) - Silver opened lower at 54377. It Volume (In 000's) moved lower to touch an intra-day low of 53820. However, it managed a bounce back and moved higher to touch an intra-day 31/5/2012 30/5/2012 % Chg. high of 54565. However, it still ended the day with moderate losses Gold (gms) 22,810.0 38,733.0 -41.11% to close at 54110. Silver (kgs) 2,166.8 2,619.7 -17.29% The RSI is placed above its average, which would lead to buying Crude (bbl) 25,682.6 22,916.0 12.07% support. However, the Stochastic remains placed below its Source – MCX average, which would lead to selling pressure especially at higher levels. The ADX line, the +DI line and the –DI line are moving Turnover (In Lacs) sideways, indicating a range bound trend. MCX Silver faces resistance at 55551, 56157, 57737, 61708 and 65159 while the 31/5/2012 30/5/2012 % Chg. supports are placed at 51029, 50252 and 48562 levels. Gold 663,777.2 1,119,918.9 -40.73% MCX CRUDE (19 June 12) - Crude opened lower at 4961 level. It Silver 1,173,925.4 1,413,314.6 -16.94% moved higher to touch an intra-day high of 4984. However, it failed Crude 1,267,454.4 1,151,144.3 10.10% to sustain higher and moved lower to touch an intra-day low of 4874. It ended the day with moderate losses to close at 4919. However, both are 1/6/2012 31/5/2012 % Chg. placed in the over sold zone, which would lead to short covering at lower levels.
