dimensional cargo destined throughout the

radius of Duqm
• Handled heavy cargo for Duqm Refinery and
supported construction of the project.
• Supported import of wind turbines for a Wind
Power project at Harweel in southern Oman
• Gearing up for import of project cargo for
gigawatt scale green hydrogen projects under
planning at Duqm.

port in the region for import of Iron Ore,
with Vale’s announcement of mega hub, and
Jindal Group planning a large-scale steel

22. • The 3 licensed service providers at Port of Duqm
provide IMO* compliant low Sulphur fuels, in line
with the organization’s decarbonization targets.
• High-quality marine fuels, including the highest
specification HSFO, VLSFO and LSMGO marine fuel
are available.
• Capable of supplying VLSFO 0.5% Sulphur and
LSMGO bunker fuels to vessels in the port and at
anchorage, at a pumping rate of up to 1,000 m3 /
hour.
• Bunkers delivered by pipeline and via a bunker
barge.
