  1. ©TrueInASecond at https://www.trueinasecond.com C A L L 911 SCRUTINIZE PAPER …get rid of bad habits, work on new habits, tracking your way to success at each step of the journey
  2. ©TrueInASecond at https://www.trueinasecond.com Not everything always works out as planned. The good and bad sides are never perfectly balanced. Either you're doing awful things or very successfully. Or your performance in nice things is tragically outstanding. One thing is for certain, though: the majority is almost always evil. And that's why we have to get rid of the bad, cultivate new habits, and chart our course for success at each stop along the route. The CALL 911 SCRUTINIZE PAPER is designed to scrutinize each habit in your life— good or bad—for accuracy and prompt you to develop new, useful habits that will help you succeed.
  3. ©TrueInASecond at https://www.trueinasecond.com A habit in the making. Habits are habits because you have performed them frequently enough for your life to operate automatically as a result. Early in the morning, you awaken. Take out your iPhone 10. View any feeds on Twitter by scrolling. Use TikTok instead. Go ahead and clean your teeth for two minutes. Get ready for a horrible day to come. Make a loud noise at your brother for failing to turn the microwave off. Then, after leaving your house angry, go to your coworker who is constantly late. There, you unleash all your rage. You also blame her for your tardiness today because of the contagious behaviour she has introduced into your life. Is that you? You might also be James. And unless something is extremely essential, you seldom ever get out of bed in the morning. At 12:15, you begin your day. You're so on time, that is. You open your eyes and then close them. Play some music. Describe yourself as exceptional in your social media status updates. Then begin yelling at everyone who is stealing your time. Simply habits. Nasty ones, for the matter.
  4. ©TrueInASecond at https://www.trueinasecond.com Think through and list all negative habits (unwanted acts) in the left column and all positive habits (wanted actions) in the right column using the habit steering committee on the following page. Steer the Right Habit into your life – Utilizing the Weekly tracking system, the Habit Steering Committee is made to get rid of negative behaviourss and promote healthy ones. After adding the habits, we play the Tracking Game, where only four habits are added for a full month and progress in one's life is monitored. Two are from the desired action list, and two are from the undesirable action list. The two from Desired Actions are tracked to be strengthened or reinforced to permanence, while the two from Unwanted Actions are tracked to be eradicated. Complete the following list.

  6. ©TrueInASecond at https://www.trueinasecond.com The Tracking Game - A FOUR-WEEK long game How to play? 1. Before starting the game, participants must complete the table for the Habit Steering Committee. Here is where they distinguish between good and bad habits. 2. From each column, pick two habits you want to work on (Undesired Action and Desired Action). 3. Arrange the habits in the appropriate columns and rows of the table below. Each habit that is followed is worth one point. For each habit, a maximum of 1 point per day is awarded. 4. If a habit is not followed, zero points are awarded, and you enter a 0 in the corresponding field. 5. The behaviourr is monitored from Monday through Sunday for a whole week. The total points are computed and entered into the proper spaces on day 7. 6. For easy reference and assistance into the level of development made, if any, or not, if none, a weekly grading system and a calculator are provided. 7. Start the game! I'll see you in four weeks.
