There are many different kinds of wastes.
INTRODUCTION

4. These are wastes that can be easily
decomposed by natural agents.
They are converted into simple organic matter
and recycled into their life cycle naturally.
BIODEGRADABLE WASTES

6. These are wastes that are not broken down or
decomposed by environmental factors. They
contribute to majority of the solid wastes that
continuously accumulate in our environment and
eventually cause pollution.
NON-BIODEGRADABLE
WASTES

8. These wastes are dangerous and cause
potential harm to our health and to the
environment. Hazardous wastes require
special handling for detoxification or safe
disposal.
