Bart De Waele from Netlash asked me to look back at the digital world in 2009 and spot some phenomenons that I thought would become stronger in 2010. (by the way:I think it is too soon for augmented reality en masse).
I wrote about the trends as tips, do's & don'ts, how I think a company could benefit from it.

2. Om te beginnen, weet waar we staan online… In België zal een dikke 60% van de mensen online zijn. Jeugd is ook minder online dan je denkt. Die zitten 8u/dag op school. 20’ers en 30’ers zijn meest online. Meer en meer medioren en senioren gaan ook online, maar moeten het nog leren kennen. Mailen en browsen zal net gaan. Zij zijn plug&play toestellen als broodroosters gewoon. Software en zelf geek-tweeken is enkel voor kleinzoons als Pascal Vyncke.

13. Counterforce Voor elke trend vind je een tegenbeweging. Ken je doelgroep(en). Praat met ze. Wat houdt hen bezig? Segmenteer eventueel nog wat meer.
