Having started as a Service Desk engineer at a 5000+ employees financial institute, I've developed a client- and solution-oriented experience.
Meanwhile, I've implemented quite some projects; as well being engineer as being technical lead.
My main focus was the international implementation and maintenance of Service Desk-software, used for ITIL-processes as incident-, problem- and change management.
After that, I switched to the HR-department of my company, in a role as Staff Pool Manager. This involved People Management-aspects, including recruitment, Performance Management, Carreer- and Development-plans and much more.
