 A maritime executive and shipping professional,
with more than 40 years experience in shipping.
 Master Mariner with high academic qualifications
 Served the Niarchos Group for 20 years, both at sea and
ashore. Captain on board bulk carriers and tankers,
became Operations Director, responsible for 32 vessels.
 Joined the launching of Stelmar Tankers in 1992, by
Sir Stelios Hajiioannou, heading the operations of a fleet
of 42 modern oil tankers as Chief Operating Officer.
 Served OSG (after Stelmar’s acquisition) as head of
Athens office and Senior Vice President of the entire
OSG Group managing more than 90 ships.
 Launched Sea Destiny Ship Management Inc. in

type Tanker vessels
Technical Kyriakos Kozonis, Technical Manager
A maritime professional with over 20 years in Shipping industry, ten years

licensed training centers in Manila the NAUTILUS PACIFIC MARITIME
TRAINING CENTER including Bridge simulator and TRANSAS liquid
cargo simulator.
All sea staff are fully certified well trained and qualified for their
position and duties.
They are attending a variety of training courses to secure
specialization tailor made to each vessel type qualifying them to serve
on board.
Courses offered to our seafarers are following the mandatory STCW
95 regulations and company’s extra requirements.

Our IT systems and tools
Sea Destiny is harnessing one of the market’s sophisticated computer technology for
the best use of the ship management industry.
Our system is able to collect data from the vessel along with data from shore which
is then processed and stored, being able to provide the most up-dated information
necessary for the Customer at any given time.
We offer this information to Customers giving the opportunity to be kept informed
about their respective ship under management continuously and accurately.
Our aim is to provide the most transparent management system to the Customers
giving the access to the latest information on their respective vessels by using a PC,
tablet or a smart phone.
Access is given to Customers vessels’ performance, technical and financial figures
for each of their vessel.
Our ship management IT philosophy states that " skill management is the basic,
security control is the core and the success control is the purpose"

Our software has developed in order to monitor accurately each vessel’s maintenance works,
spare parts inventory and proper control of consumables.
Our system is able to monitor among others:
 Scheduled jobs status in accordance with maker’s requirements
 Monitors extra maintenance jobs and when completed; overdue items
 Specific class survey items with due dates
 Monitors the list of critical spares
 Custom made reports concerning maintenance history
 Manage various forms of maintenance reports keeping an accurate record aboard and
ashore
 Manage quantities in stock, quantities ordered and quantities of spares parts delivered
 Create list of work/orders planned to be carried out during dry-docking and/or Special
Surveys
 Automatically recalculates working hours of components after updating counters with

at 6hrs intervals updating main database:

 Course
 Destination port
 ETA etc.
Vessel types are distinguished by color coded icon i.e. Red are LPG Carriers, Black are Tankers etc.

Customers can access their fleet performance data using dedicated
login credentials.
Dashboard data can be viewed per vessel
under the following main categories:

 Running Cost VS Budget
 Speed deviation
 Consumption deviation
For each category , customers may drill
down to detailed analysis by selecting
the “Download Report” function
available.
