2. 1. Abstract: For millennia we have known the capacity of the power of “Human Being.” Our
conventional occidental style of education has disconnected us from the “source field”, having
evoked an acute imbalance from Human to Nature. Intention is to empower the revival of human
beings interconnectedness to nature by evoking the power of intention to water, our most sacred
substance. Experiments to water reveal this empowerment.
2. Introduction: The nature of ultimate reality guides us to the nature of Energy, Light and Life
exemplified in the medium of WATER and ENERGY, measured via this advanced technology

The intention is to provide practical applications & solutions that will revive the quality of LIFE.
3. Methods: In psychoneurobics, as divined by Dr.Chandrasekhar Ji, inner refinement is the
fundamental fabric in creating a universe of wholeness. This system is conveyed by guided
with light induction, mental attunement, physical preparation of our divined Cosmic connectedness
and more. Transmissions are imprinted by these 3 steps of Raas – Rang – Nad. {Dance (Leela) –
(Colour) – Nad (Vibration as chant)}
Drinking water samples were used in the study from a treated mountain water and
bottled water, which was subjected to Human intention by 4 participants. We gathered baseline
data of the two drinking water sources and 4 subjects transmitted specific “psychoneurobic”
empowerments and did post studies.
We lastly collected water samples from a flowing mountain stream and the river Thirthan which
flowed alongside the retreat center to illustrate “natures” self organizing quality.
The scientific data sets are numbered from Samples 1 – 8, which we analyzed and presented to the
retreat participants.

3. 5. Results: In summary, every intention affected the waters response in the parameters that measure Area;
Intensity; Entropy. Meaning the waters energetic response was favourable to the intention received. The
degree of responsiveness was proportional to one’s individual development in the art-science-spirit of
“psychoneurobics.”
The results are clear and understandable, both from pictures and data.
6. Discussion: The deep commitment of Dr. Chandrasekhar Ji in imparting this Divine science of Supreme
Creator, from his direct initiation which cured him from two debilitating pathologies affirms that we as
“Human” + “Being” have the basic matrix to ennoble the highest and best for the wellbeing of all LIFE.
What is required of us is to commit to the “Science – Spirit – Soul” of Raas – Rang – Nad and raise us
from the body of matter to a living body of light.
