level of experience in Materials Management I am well positioned to help guide procurement staff to
achieving strategic value in any project.
I have comprehensive knowledge of material data, how it’s collected and utilized most efficiently. I have
high level systematic skills in SPM which are easily transferable to other software suites.

Present
Brion Energy (Formally know is Dover Operating Corp.), MacKay River Commercial Project
Field Facilities-150,000 bpd SAGD phase 1 expected to produce 35,000 bpd with first production
expected in 2015.
 Interface with the internal construction arm to help develop a coordination plan to execute with
overseas fabricators.
 Validate engineering data to build IFC MTO’S for replication.
 Coordinated materials management data flow execution plan to provide process structure within the
home office and fabrication builds of SPM.
 Provide function guidance to procurement, module yard and site users on SPM.
 Interface with engineering, procurement, module yard and site regarding data requirements and
collection.
 Manage and expedite materials from SOC’s to ensure module yard and site requirements.
 Validate and distribute surplus.
 Provide direction to module yard coordinator and site material managers on effective practices of
scope transition.
 Identify material gaps
 Detailed analysis and close out of surplus materials.

MEG Christina Lake Project – Phase 2B - Pads and Gathering Lines; 25,000bpd addition to Phase
1, with first production expected 2013 / Phase 2 SOR Enhancement Project; intended to increase
production of all CLRP facilities to 100,000 bpd with completion of other expansion projects.
 Provide support to the Project Managers for various projects; providing technical guidance in how
data can be properly input into SPM to manage fabrication schedules and clear and concise reporting
can be accomplished for transparency when looking at material statuses and shortages.
 Constructed a manual bill of materials with 100% accuracy when it was identified that data being
extracted from the spooling programs was corrupt and was unable to provide us with flawless data.
 Providing off-site support in the material receiving process by managing their incoming receiving
data and processing,while coordinating between the Calgary office on the module yards behalf to
ensure the data requirements where being met.
 Providing support and guidance in project close out procedures to ensure inventory management is
completed and surplus inventories and managed properly and reallocated appropriately.
 Provided training support to the materials department and other SPM users
Aug 2011-
Sept 2012
Husky Energy, Sunrise Energy Project – FEED and FF EPC portion of 1st phase development,
$2.5 billion total investment, expected to produce about 60,000 barrels per day with first oil
production expected in 2014.
 Creation of material requisitions, MRQs and purchase orders for bid awards.
 Bill of materials loading (BOM Loading).
 Data scrubbing for accurate representation of items and values.
 Project material status reporting.Allocation of material needs per location.
 Processing information through various SPM import tools.
 Provided support to procurement and engineering personnelin utilizing SPM.
 Established necessary proceduralneeds for the Blackfalds Module yard in collaboration with the
Commercial Manager and Blackfalds Construction Manager. Identified areas of weakness and
strength needed to be built upon in order for the Module Yard to possess a strong Materials
Management system.

Shell Canada-Albian Sands Froth Expansion #1/ increasing production by 100,000 bpd/day to the
Muskeg River Mine Froth Treatment facility.
 Creation of material issuing and receiving reports.

 Cycle count analysis, material issuing log.
 Ensure data integrity for accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting by identifying and
investigating exceptions.

 Worked closely with all department personnel from various disciplines (Foreman, welders, fitters,
