To Whom It May Concern:
Krystle Gallagher has worked at my office for a total of 8 years. The first time was for two years
before she moved out of state. When she eventually returned, I eagerly hired her back and she has
been in my employment for the last 6 years. It makes me sad to write this letter because it means
she is leaving us. I am happy she is seeking other challenges, but selfishly, I will miss her both
personally and professionally.
Krystle has been in the position of office manager for the past 6 years and her duties required she
schedule patients, make follow up phone calls, handle all aspects of billing, insurance follow up,
ordering supplies, working with software vendors and many other daily functions that as the
chiropractor I am probably unaware of , mostly because of her efficiency and high level of ability.
She is also well versed in taking X-rays, performing spot myotherapy and other patient related
duties that normally fall in the Chiropractic Assistant realm.
Krystle is very trainable and will adapt well to any work environment, whether it is another
chiropractic office or different type of facility. She has always taken constructive criticism well
and makes every effort to adapt her skills to fit a given situation.
As a Manager and Chiropractic Assistant, she has always presented herself in a professional manner
that is required of all my staff. Daily she greeted me and my patients with a warm smile and a
friendly hello. She has demonstrated through actions and attitude that her position here is more than
a job to her. That is very important to me because it takes performance to the next level.
Ms. Gallagher is a self-starter and motivator, always looking for a better way to do things, however
she is flexible and can comfortably work within systems already in place. Krystle is a quick learner
which made her training easy and seamless for the rest of the staff.
She will be missed by the entire staff at Chiropractic First. She will always have a home here if she
ever finds herself back in Grand Rapids Michigan.
It is my opinion that she will be an asset and a blessing to wherever she chooses to work. I highly
recommend Krystle because of her work ethic, demeanor, intelligence, loyalty, personality and her
core values. She is truly a well rounded individual who can make a positive impact on what ever
she sets her sights on.
Sincerely,
