1. We have looked at the kind of person we want in our video, conventionally
attractive people who may appeal to our target audience.
The genre is UK garage (legendary producer artful mark from artful dodger duo)
with a vocals from Ed Sheeran and Kal lavelle. The target audience will spread
through the Kal lavelle fans, Ed Sheeran fans and fans of UK garage. UK garage
came from an underground scene and really thrived and blew up in the 90s
where it was at its peak of popularity.
This track is a throw back to the genre updated with a element of indie and soul.
This is a track that feels current but pays homage to the old school tracks.
The target audience by this analogy would be mostly the youth, urban, middle
class girls and boys. Maybe ranging from 12-18 maybe stretching to 25 (the
people who originally were into old school garage). With the producer and
vocalists being white i think the target audience isn't restricted to black or white
consumers. This track has a wide appeal witch is an advantage we thought of
while choosing it.

3. We chose our actors to reflect the target
audience so they can identify and relate to
them, instantly making the video a bit more
likable.
For our male character/performer we have
chosen Reece who is confident and is an
armature singer. He is also a natural
performer so he isn't camera shy and he is a
good actor.
As a confident actor, we used Ria for
our performer, she can act, lip sync
and isn't camera shy. Also she is part
of the target demographic and can be
related to by the audience of females.
Here is our other main character, Bianca,
a drama student, who is confident and
studies performing on stage, easily
transferred on camera.

4. Asking for participation; via facebook.
For extras and miscellaneous characters we will use ourselves and friends who
fit the target audience. These characters are less important and will have a
smaller role and less screen time.
