 Take and manage reservation info (name, number, email, size of group, etc.) and relay to
manager
 Greet guests as they enter with a friendly smile and quickly provide them with a table
and menus
 Manage flow of guests entering (spread out guests among each server section) so that
while all servers receive a fair amount of work, no one gets overwhelmed (to the best of
my ability)
 Quickly clear and reset tables as guests leave to ensure as minimal wait time possible for
any new guest; offer a friendly farewell gesture as guests leave (i.e. “Have a great day.”)

 Pick up and deliver finished jobs
 Copy, scan, bind, or enlarge/shrink jobs quickly and accurately
 Make sure all machines and lights are turned off and door is locked before leaving

 Greet guests as they walk in with a friendly smile and make them feel welcome
 Quickly provide them with a table and menus
 Quickly clear and reset tables as guests leave to ensure as minimal possible wait time for
any new guests that arrive
 Offer polite farewell to guests as they leave in a manner which encourages their return
Server
 Address table within two minutes of them being seated and offer a friendly greeting
 Ensure that all drinks are brought to the table as soon as possible
 Accurately take tables’ orders so that they’re experience is as good as possible
 Periodically check on table throughout their stay to make sure all their needs are met and
that they don’t wait for anything where possible
 Politely offer farewell and thank them for their stay as they leave
 Efficiently manage multiple tables at any given time so that everything runs smoothly
 Communicate with co-workers to see if they need any assistance
