We have our brand new renovated meeting space, a new rigging specialty service to offer, exciting new clientele, and new technology to make each event memorable for any sized event. This newsletter is designed to inform everyone on property about the unique offerings PSAV can provide. It will also highlight upcoming events that we are working with and other PSAV events happening in the area. Our hopes is that this newsletter will better inform everyone when talking to potential clients about what Doubletree by Hilton San Jose and what PSAV can offer. - 6. © 2016 PSAV. All Rights Reserved. Our new rigging points will be installed by January 27th 2017. PSAV is proud to be able to provide this new service to the hotel and our customers. The hang points open up the space to a new layer of clientele. With rigging we can maximize the space for more attendees. It also allows us to create new and complex show sets that were not possible before. We have our prices for this service created and a price guide that will be released soon. - 7. © 2016 PSAV. All Rights Reserved. The upcoming months will be busy for us. Roku is a new group for this property and they are doing a product launch in early February. They selected great tech and scenic options for this event, so the show will be a great example of the quality PSAV will want to provide for you all moving forward. We also are planning to have an open house event to help show our perspective clients the new space. Here you will see PSAV display several pieces of technology mentioned in this newsletter along with full on rigging with devices, video mapping, microphone options, lighting techniques and much more. - Spandex covers hide cables and make a rugged cart look elegant and clean. Covers can be branded and or custom colors. The covers offer a consistent look from room to room. They are cost effective too, so instead of buying high cost damage prone carts, we can buy affordable covers and spend our CapEx on other revenue generating needs at the property. They are expense items so order as needed.

Scenic can add depth to any show and really improves the guests value for lighting since they go hand in hand. No more relying on just black drape! PSAV has scenic on site as well as through our national scenic network.
