Backing: Each turf product is manufactured by a triple-reinforced
backing (Tuft Bind Technology) and held together with adhesive glue
making it very durable & able to handle all types of harsh weather.
Drainage: Each product has a perforated backing to ensure drainage of
35+ inches per hour. We grade our base away from any fixtures and
homes in order to incorporate a smoothly engineered drainage system.
Versatility: Synthetic grass is virtually impervious to all elements, so
whether you’re dealing with drought conditions, muddy areas, steep
slopes are hard-to-grow terrain, there’s a suitable grass product for just
about any location or project.
Safety: Magnolia Turf synthetic grass is non-toxic and safe for pets &
children. We use a silica sand infill rather than the black crumb rubber
you often see.
All products feature built-in U.V. inhibitors which are incorporated within
the yarn process to allow the turf to hold color even in the most harsh
and sunny conditions.

• Local Ordinances Affecting The Use Of Artificial Turf: The only issue that we have seen is that certain
HOA’s have restrictions on residential front yard usage of Artificial Turf but this is quickly changing due to the
innovation in the turf industry and the realistic positive aspects of synthetic grass. For the most part, we only
run into positives because our turf is lead free, IPEMA & LEED certified, City governments have subsidized
certain projects because of water conservation.
• Heat Island Effect: We have products with “TigerCool” technology that lowers the temperature by 15+
degrees. We also use white silica sand that helps with heat instead of black crumb rubber.
• Utility Access: Cut out the covered area and use adhesive to attach turf to the cover. It looks good and is
easily accessible.
