3. A series of iterative exploratory qualitative
discussions used to develop and fine tune
packaging.
Samples were produced, and members trialed
storage, usage and disposal in home.
This provided true-life feedback of actual
behaviour.

4. The outcome…
The research led to the development of
ground breaking packaging, which was able
to command a significant price premium.
The research also provided guidance
regarding the functional and graphic design
of the pack, key callouts of features and
benefits and imagery required to tap into the
core consumer drivers.
