  2. Explain how the Freshworks CRM stack looks. Talk about how the Neo platform powers Freshworks CRM (read out the key elements in the neo platform). One of the key elements in Freshworks CRM is UCR. So, In effect, UCR, is a native Customer Data Platform that has been built for Freshworks CRM. To capture all attributes of the customer, we provide the ability to ingest data from multiple sources (not just the Freshworks products) in real time and at scale. With data ingested from multiple sources, there is obviously going to be a lot of duplicates. The platform will consolidate these duplicates by connecting attributes to identities and finally create a unified customer record. These records can also be continuously enriched by third party data sources. With a 360 degree unified view of every customer, the sales agents/marketers can create & manage detailed segments of their customers. This opens up a whole lot of opportunities to understand their customer segments in angles they never thought was possible before. With Freshworks CRM running on top of UCR as its single source of truth, businesses can get a detailed understanding of every customer and thereby proactively engage with more context, predict what their customers want, and deliver moments of personalized engagement in the channel of the customer’s choice.
