I'm fascinated by our relationship with work. By the experience of being an employee, by what happens when we meet an organisation's culture and live as an individual within a larger system. Over the years, I've developed an understanding of how people think, feel and behave in work environments. Now I spend my time cultivating workplaces with greater cohesion - where employees are more engaged, teams perform better and the end customer is happier.
I conduct research into and advise on culture, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness. My approach is systemic, taking into account the conditions created inside the organisation and their impact on people.
