1. Toasted ham, chicken and cheese

2. Get Organised
Ingredients
• 4 Slices of wholemeal
bread.
• 4 Slices of ham.
• 2 Slices of cheese.
• 20g of Butter.
• 20ml of BBQ Sauce.
• Salt
• Table spoon of olive oil.
• 1 chicken thigh.
Equipment
• Frying pan.
• Knife – Butter.
• Cutting board.
• Spatula.
• Knife – Sharp.
• Plate.
• Sandwich Toaster

3. • Put a tablespoon of
olive in the frying pan.
Heat to medium high

4. • While heating, Slice
chicken thigh into thin
strips.

5. • Fry for 2-3 Minutes –
Test – Done when it
isn’t pink.

6. • Sit chicken on the plate
to stand.
• Turn on the sandwich
press.
• Butter the bread on
both sides.

7. • Cut the chicken to fit
and put on two slice of
bread.
• Add a piece of cheese
on top of chicken.

8. • Add 2 slices of ham on
top of cheese.
• Put the bread lid on the
sandwich.

9. • Put the lid down on the
toaster
• Check every minute
until toasted.

10. • Cut sandwich into
halves.
• Serve on a plate.
