Summary In nowadays we are free to access all the information, including our needs and wishes, we have a lot of sources to make sure to take a the right decision, even more to share the experience or to interact more and more with people. Possibility to create a relationship or to have 24 hour support and to don't be step back with any news. Go,do and know this is the key when we are looking for information; with digital technology now is more comfortable to searching for it.When you are looking for content we are expecting to appear on first page or accessing on first address,result. Coming with examples: voice assistance is that way to help us to avoid typing whereas saving time, which for any business this is a guide to be closer to the consumer. Video content now is more attractive from audience sides but trends is not stopping in here and I believe is developing rapidly. Artificial intelligence is looking to take over of the our future, connecting us through different platforms and exposing tools to encouraging people to remain connected, becoming a permanent consumer. Maintain significant business is quite important to take in consideration new coming, and to make convenient for everyone. Especially the Covid-19 pandemic changed the behavior and lives of people approximately 74% of population is working from home or partially is doing it, 59% have increased video apps, 49% are ready to share information only for developing,44% millennials have Amazon Prime membership,36% are spending time on social media and entertainment,35% are buying groceries online mostly by phone. In conclusion that is amazing thing which is happening with all of us; all of digital technology is in progress and doing our life more enjoyable, unbelievable also is how technology is conforms after us. Looking further I hope innovation will maintain good behavior and helping to save time, to give more comfortable way to improve ourselves and find answers to all the requiries.
