EGN Expects full-year earnings from operations in FY13 will be an after-
tax loss of between $12M and $14M (previous guidance was an
after-tax loss of between $10M and $12M)
NFK The Federal Court of Australia ordered the convening of a
meeting of Norfolk shareholders on 17 July 2013 to consider
the proposed scheme under which RCR Tomlinson Ltd will
acquire all of the issued shares in Norfolk
GCS Awarded the principal scaffolding contract for all Woodside Energy
Limited’s North West Shelf Project onshore and offshore locations
SND Expects to announce NPAT for the current financial year of
approximately $5.6M. This represents an approximate 24%
increase over the prior corresponding period (FY2012: $4.5M)
LEI S&P’s Ratings Services affirmed its 'BBB-/A-3' ratings on LEI and
removed them from CreditWatch with negative implications, where
they were placed on 22 March 2013
STS STS advises that the full year result for FY13 is forecast to be in
range of $3.2 to $3.6M NPBT. This equates to second half
earnings of between $0.7 to $1.1M
MAH Advises that its shaft sinking project at the CSA Mine in NSW was
terminated by the client, Cobar Management Pty Ltd. MAH is
currently seeking clarification on the reasons for the termination
