● Quality Control Manager – Create and maintain the high standard of quality within the call center.
● Call Center Supervisor – Oversee the call center agents and training them to become proficient in their role as
call center agents.
● Call Center Agent – Respond to telephone requests; processing telephone calls and orders according to
established telephone and ordering guidelines and confidentiality.

● Office Manager – Oversee customer service and reception. Responsible for yearly reviews and scheduling as
well as the Customer Service Representative role.
● Customer Service Representative – Interacting with our vendors and clients/customers. Reviewing incoming
purchase orders and ordering chemicals and components to fulfill the order. Responsible for following my
customers’ orders from purchase order to shipment of completed product and any follow up needed with the
customer regarding their orders.
● Quality Control Specialist – Quality inspections of processes and approving product for shipment. Responsible
for maintaining all customer specifications and drawings. Also reviewing and proof reading for the Sales and
Customers Service departments.

store and maintained the computer system/POS system.
