Human Resources Generalist
• Effectively manage all facets of employment, including the recruiting, selection and retention programs, on-boarding
program, separation process, inquiries on employment verifications, maintaining applicable paperwork and flow logs to

vessels when possible.
• Coordinate personnel movements & crew changes for offshore marine vessel fleet; liaise with Captains, vessel
administrators, travel team, cost controls, and vessel agents on any crew change issues and ensure that all necessary
manifests are completed & submitted to clients/vessel agents in timely manner
• Maintain personnel training & license requirements (also to include passports, visas, and Vanuatu books).
• Ensure that core and required manning levels are maintained for offshore vessels as per safe manning requirements &
project needs.
• Create/maintain tracking database for offshore personnel.
• Work with Flag State entities on licensing requirements for offshore seamen to ensure compliance.
• Receive and process internal and external customer requests and/or issues on a daily basis via telephone, e-mail, and in
person.
• Manage and maintain multiple supervisor/executives’ schedules (not only to include my immediate

Note: Assumed the duties of the Regulatory Compliance Specialist when she left the company unexpectedly; while maintaining my regular position and duties as well. This included traveling and working out of the Houston Office with little notice.
