capital assets at the companies ‘DARPA facility and its’ remote locations. Prepare, maintain, and update equipment
install information for remote sites. Review Vendor RMA’ rule for hardware malfunctions. Perform warranty research
and contact vendor for repair or replacement. Perform annual DARPA inventory for 9,000 pieces of classified
equipment and reconcile discrepancies. Manage software purchases, downloads, licensing and/or subscriptions and
documentation. Maintain master copy and software control.
Achievements:
• Created a process/system that allows all warranties, product description and serial numbers to be housed in
Remedy, resulting in an improved process for the warehousemen to know if a piece of hardware can be
replaced/repaired if necessary.
• Successfully reviewed and corrected each entry that was imported into Remedy of the asset database of over
12,000 computer hardware items.
• Developed and implemented a process for monitoring the in-house catalog, tracking the status of the purchase
from the initial request to the final distribution.
