Introduction
Lisa has worked in the IT industry for the past 14+ years. From 2014 Lisa has been involved
in establishing Ronin Group, a start-up company. However, she has only been full time in
the company since July 2015. Ronin Group has been set up as value-added reseller for
Kirona Solutions Ltd, a UK company who provide “Mobile Field Workforce Management”
Software Solutions. The Kirona suite of products are enterprise wide solutions which allows
you to effectively control and optimise the complete lifecycle of your operations, whilst
driving productivity, reducing costs and improving the service you deliver. Ronin also
provides IT Professional Services resources to the Wellington market.
Lisa’s role within Ronin Group is new business development and working across professional
services. This has resulted in the development of a number of strong leads. Lisa has also
been actively developing a number of partnerships, which has enabled Ronin to identify and
understand which market segments are best to target for the Kirona products.
Prior to working full time on establishing Ronin Group, Lisa worked as a Senior Sales
Consultant for Integration Works. Integration Works are specialists’ in Integration. Before
that Lisa was with the Resultex Group as a Sales Consultant/Account Manager. At the time
Resultex Group provided IT Professional Services & Architecture services and through their
sister company, Inov8, provided Microsoft Software Development services.
Since working in the IT sector Lisa’s responsibilities have included working on large key
accounts, ongoing sales development and the management of the professional services
recruitment process for senior IT consultants.
Lisa spent a number of years living in Europe and the UK where she worked across IT &
Investment Banking, as a DTP / Graphic Design Operator within Graphic Design
Departments. During her career as an Operator, Lisa was responsible for managing a
number of staff, managing of all workflow and designs coming in and out of the department.

● At Ronin Lisa has been instrumental in establishing a number of key partnerships for
the promotion and sale of the Kirona products.
● She has managed the sales process to have the Kirona products selected to two
customer short lists and is currently managing the next step in the process while
customer evaluations are underway.
● In the last 12 months grown the Professional Services business by 60%.
● During her tenure with Resultex Lisa grew the Associate group by 207% (from $
1,950,000 to $ 6,000,000 pa turnover).
● Helped build the Resultex Architecture Practice into a sustainable business unit.
● Was instrumental in signing up Meridian Energy and New Zealand Transport Agency
(NZTA) that subsequently became key accounts for Resultex. Lisa also successfully
led the bid for Resultex to become panel members for the provision of IT
development, support and consultancy services.
● While with Topaz Solutions Lisa doubled the number of associates working for Topaz
and increased the revenue turnover from $ 2,250,000 to over $ 5,000,000.
● At Adecco Lisa placed 180 support staff into the MSD Study Link Call Centre every 6
months for 18 months.
● While working for Ross Recruitment Lisa moved from general recruiting into
specialising in IT resourcing. She exceeded her sales targets.
