  1. 1. Live Waves Social Network “Live Connections, Endless Possibilities”
  2. 2. Our Story – Black Tech Founders in 2011 2 After having a discouraging time while attending Tech Crunch with another black co-founder, Andreas Parsley had an idea. “What if there was a social network, on an event platform, with livestreaming video, in app ticketing and pay-per-streams?” Andreas bought the domain Club2Nite to develop a website to appeal to nightlife venues, events, promoters as well as artists of all genres. Andreas presented the idea to his College teammate and close friend Jason Wright in 2012, and they began on this journey. In 5 years, Club2Nite, though unfunded made significant headway as an event app. After taking a 3 year pause to work on other ventures together, Andreas and Jason saw in the Pandemic the opportunity to bring Club2Nite back, but under a new branded name: LiveWaves.
