Client: Social Liberal Forum
Brief
The Social Liberal Forum is a membership organisation that is heavily dependent
on the goodwill of volunteers. Having recently re-launched its website, they were
looking to better plan and co-ordinate communication with members.
Strategy
It was decided that regular communication was key as was the need to provide
members the opportunity to feedback and ask questions. The plan was to start
a regular email newsletter and a programme of webinars to allow members
across the country a chance to get involved and ask questions without having to
travel or attend a conference.
