Director, Allocations and Services
Reporting to the Executive Director, responsible for clinical programs and services for clients,
allocation of financial assistance, fundraising and special projects/initiatives on behalf of the
Board of Directors.
• Provided organizational leadership and support through multiple transformations,
evolving NABS from being reliant on two fatigued revenue streams to a more proactive,
strategic organization. Reduced expenses and built an engaged, cohesive team.
• Led client services for clinical programming and career support/transition initiatives
• Coordinating the allocation of financial support to applicants through a national,
confidential industry volunteer committee
• Launched LifeSpeak on demand service as part of an extension of NABS EAP offering and
