We provide labor only maintenance contracts wherein Ken-Fixit is responsible for providing service
whereas parts are either stocked up by the Client or we supply them at additional cost. These contracts
are preferred in case of imported equipment or wherever the parts are rather expensive.

3. Comprehensive AMC's
Comprehensive maintenance contracts are usually offered by us in cooperation with OEM's or in case of
indigenous appliances whereby Ken-Fixit is responsible for providing both labor and parts. These
