institutions.
Oracle Database Developer
Employed to develop the OPUS business management system for Allianz Hungary. The system uses a lean
client, where the full business logic and the services called by the user interface as well as the approx.
10000 data tables are stored in an Oracle database. The main part of the work was done on the business
logic, data structure modification and writing test scripts.
Responsible for:
• Developed and maintained business processes and services in PL/SQL using PL/SQL Developer
and SQL Navigator

CIB Bank is a member of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, and the fourth largest bank in Hungary according to

Software Developer
Worked in CIB Treasury IT and performed a range of tasks related to Kondor Trade and Risk Management
System. Involved in two projects with full responsibility for the design, development, deployment planning
and deployment management of all the Sybase database related tasks.
The two projects worked on are as follows:
1. Kondor upgrade from version 2.6 to 3.2
The project was focused on the upgrade of the Kondor system from version 2.6 to version 3.2, which
included the upgrade of the Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise from version 12 / 32 bit to version 15 / 64
bit. Responsibilities:
• Actualised and maintained Kondor’s customised business procedures in T-SQL ensuring that they
worked the same way in the upgraded system
• Developed an extension for the database structure analysing software called KIA by Thomson
Reuters to analyse the custom window calls in KDB+ as well
• Report structure analysis for the data warehousing team using T-SQL and VBA for Excel
• Planned and managed deployment using Unix shell scripting, Windows batch scripting and Perl

2. ESMA EMIR reporting
This was the EMIR (European Market Infrastructure Regulation) project for ESMA (European Securities
and Markets Authority). The project goal was to create a complete report package covering every operation
made on deals in Kondor. Responsibilities:
• Developed a dynamic report handling environment in T-SQL and VBA for Excel (memory array
emulation, dynamic report table, view and index table creation automatically from the received XLS
specification), which helped using an agile development methodology
• Created the specified reports (some of them approx. 150 columns wide) based on ESMA – CIB
business logic translation
• Planned and managed deployment using Unix shell scripting and Windows batch scripting
• Worked in a team of 12 members including Developers, Managers and Treasury Traders
Achievements:
• Successfully delivered all assigned tasks on time achieving all goals and exceeding expectations
despite the frequent specification changes and working against tight, fixed deadlines

example mobile fleet parameters customisation, virtual groups to enable group members to call each other

• Created the design of the customer database migration of Telematrix, based on several, differently
structured customer databases
• Complete development of the customer database migration of Telematrix in PL/SQL
• Worked in a team of 30 members including Designers, Developers, and Managers
4. Customer Debt Calculation
Customer debt calculation is an important daily database job on which many sales, billing and general
ledger related business processes and database jobs were based on. Responsibilities:
• Re-structured the job by splitting it into two parts: one daily and one weekly job
• Performance optimisation of the included SQL queries and the PL/SQL logic
• Configured the job scheduling and the job dependency check system using Unix shell scripting
• Worked on the complete SDLC (design, development, testing) on individual basis
Achievements:
• Increased the performance of customer debt calculation by 300%, ensuring its daily on schedule finish
and reducing the load on Oracle database in a critical time range of the day
• Developed an automatic database synchronising module between Jazz and the Webshop, which
reduced the workload on Webshop administrators and made the synchronisation more reliable, thus
greatly decreasing the amount of related customer complaints
• Developed the biggest business object (invoice handling) for 1.5 years exclusively, created fully
customisable standard invoice handling services, which reduced the invoice handling related
development time for all the upcoming projects
