Supervised a staff of over 30 employees and over 140 independent contractors.  Responsible for all negotiations related to the import of raw materials (clinker, gypsum, iron, others) for the cement plant’s production, as well as conducting all the necessary arrangements for the exportation of our products. Key accomplishment: being part of the CEMEX Way Team who managed the transition between the PRCC systems to CEMEX’s global form of doing business. Puerto Rican Cement Co., Inc.
