Nueva RVM: PCI 6.2% vs 0% MIDCAB.

Recomienda revascularizacion para enfermedad en DA significativa (lesion >50%
+ isquemia, FFR <0.80).

Inicialmente pequeños estudios aleatorizados: CABG = MENOR mortalidad a 5
años (10.2 vs 15.8%) y 10 años (26.4 vs 30.5%).
Desarrollo de Estudios aleatorizados demostró no diferencias en mortalidad, pero
si ventaja de CABG en términos de: Nueva RVM.

Efectividad de ambas técnicas en 1829 pctes (2-3 vaso), anatomía similar, resultados a 5,
