• Monitoring of Desalination plant and Reverse Osmosis plant, Industrial water, Fire
water and Sea fire water, Foul Water or Sewage water and Potable Water Facilities
and Utilities.
• Monitoring the HVAC system like A/C, exhaust fans and supply fans in pump room
and in other facilities to ensure the condition of the equipments are normal at room
ambient temperature.
• Controls and operates the equipments like Electrical Control Panel (ECP), Building
Energy Management Systems (BEMS), Motor Control Center (MCC), Variable
Speed Drive or Variable Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD), flow control valve (FCV),
level control valve (LCV), Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), Remote Terminal Unit
(RTU), Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and Supervisory Controls and Data
Acquisitions (SCADA) an Human Machine Interface (HMI) as per Qatar Petroleum
and Kahramaa agreement.
• Maintaining and Monitoring the LIT, PIT, FIT, the bearing temperature of drive
end (DE) of motors and pumps and non drive end (NDE) of motors and the
windings of the motors (U,V,W) as per Qatar Petroleum and Kahramaa agreement.
• Arranging the ECPW permits before starting and ending the duty.
• Regular Inspections of Industrial water and Potable Water Facilities and Utilities.
• Regular inspections of all the tanks and reservoir for any defects, malfunctioning or
leakages to make certain the collected materials are stored safely
• Regular test run of booster pumps and lifting pumps.
• Regular test run of the sump pumps.

• Hourly reading of all the parameters, data and the power consumption daily.

• 12 hours of duty and 12 hours of standby for any emergency call to our supervisor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform several tasks and other activities required or related to our operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to the safety procedures and precautionary measures by all
co-workers. Report any activity that possesses danger to the life or property.
• Identifying and report any unsafe behavior, unsafe act and unsafe condition incident

rectified the problems in corrective maintenance.
• Analyzing the trends in SCADA to check and troubleshoot the problems of the
operations.
• Reporting any defective instruments, equipments and tools to ensure the safety
condition of our operations.
• Preparing the confined space permit if there is any preventive and corrective
maintenance inside the confined space.
