1. Churros
Ingredients
A bowl of water
1 cup of flour (same size bowl of
water)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil (for frying)

2. Churros
First, mix a cup of flour with 1
teaspoon of baking powder
and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Then
put a pan with water on fire
and when it starts to boil you
mix it with the mixture that
you did a few seconds ago.

At the beginning it will look
like an "engrudo" but after a
couple of minutes stirring until
it comes off the walls it will be
more consist.
Engrudo:
Mixture commonly made with
flour.

Wait for 10 minutes to cool off
the mixture and then Proceed to
fill "The Churrera"(If you don't
have a "Churrera" you can use a
pastry bag with star tip)

5. Churros
Stretches the dough on a clean dry surface and then let freshen it
up before proceed to cut it.

6. Churros
Then fry the churros in abundant oil. Once fried, place
them on paper towels to remove excess fat.

Finally Sprinkle with sugar and serve it
warm.
