1. Churros
Ingredients
A bowl of water
1 cup of flour (same size bowl of
water)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil (for frying)
2. Churros
First, mix a cup of flour with 1
teaspoon of baking powder
and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Then
put a pan with water on fire
and when it starts to boil you
mix it with the mixture that
you did a few seconds ago.

3. Churros
At the beginning it will look
like an "engrudo" but after a
couple of minutes stirring until
it comes off the walls it will be
more consist.
Engrudo:
Mixture commonly made with
flour.
4. Churros
Wait for 10 minutes to cool off
the mixture and then Proceed to
fill "The Churrera"(If you don't
have a "Churrera" you can use a
pastry bag with star tip)
