3. This is my final piece, while editing this piece I went through a hard time with
the photoshop software and I had to switch the Canva, this shows my ability
to problem solve under stressful situations. To get the bold 3D text on my
front cover, I experimented with things like depth in my photshop, and at
first, I wasn’t sure on how to do it, but I figured it out by asking a peer, after
that I experimented with the different styles you can get and the colour. I
picked the background photo as I believed it was a good fit for the
background of a front cover of people of the younger generation as it is art,
it is bright, and I upped the saturation and vibrancy on the edit section on my
phone to make it stand out even more. I put a black border on the sides to
make the main background stand out even more, to put the black border on
I used photoshop. With the layout, as seen in the examples I experimented
and played about with the lay out of the ad, at first had both blue ads
smaller but I decided to change them around, this is to get a variation of
sizes in my ad and to catch people's attention with the bright flowers of the
tree, the other ad picture was somewhat dark and might not catch attention.

5. This is my advertorial, to do this I used Canva and chose the template of the
article, the template was very bland and was about clothes and in a different
language. I researched on the Canon camera and the twin lenses you can get
with the camera as well. I added the Canon font by getting the image I want,
removing the background on photoshop and then adding it to Canva, I also
added the images of the camera and the pros and cons image, I removed the
background of both by using photoshop, I wanted to add more images
because of the target age for this article, and it would attract them more
with the images. For the main title I added the bold font because I wanted it
to catch their attention along with keeping the bright red of the Canon font.
With the nature pictures I added them to keep peoples attention as a lot of
text can look too much and people are more likely to pay attention because
of the images, the images are placed there as the text links back to it, the
pictures were took by the Canon EOS 500D Digital SLR Camera and they link
to the brief talking about Journey's, in the text next to the photos I am
talking about Journeys and Canon being an reliable business, I did this as
Canons aim is to gain an allegiance with their target audience.

photos that I have taken for this project,
I have changed the names of them to fit
the photo to show my organisational
skills, I have them highlighted the ones
that I liked in green and the ones I
disliked in red, this would help me pick
the right photos for my front cover and
the images I would use in my advertorial.
